Oswego County Quarter Midget Club Results – Aug. 13th & 14th

This weekend found the Oswego County Quarter Midget Club and the Syracuse Quarter Midget Club racing both Friday night and Saturday at the Sodus Microd Club.  The weekend events were part of a six-race series. The feature results are as follows:

Clarinetist, Accompanists To Perform Range Of Classical Music

SUNY Oswego faculty member Trevor Jorgensen will present a clarinet recital featuring works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Claude Debussy, Gioachino Rossini and Aram Khachaturian at 7:30 p.m. April 21, in Sheldon Hall ballroom. The date represents a change from the original for this event in the schedule for Focus on Faculty, a series presented by the SUNY Oswego music department.

Cooking Can Be Murder Coming To Hannibal Stage

Hannibal High School’s drama club, Purple Gallery, will present “Cooking Can Be Murder” by Eddie McPherson on April 15 and 16 at 7 p.m. in the Lockwood Auditorium. This parody murder mystery is a silly comedy filled with puns, gags and ridiculous situations.

Central Services Director Celebrates 40 Years With County Government

The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee congratulated Central Services Director Richard Hogan for his 40 years of service to county government. Hogan is responsible for overseeing the county computer systems, phone systems, computer servers and programs.
