Francisco Rodriguez, 66, of 5461 State Route 104, Oswego, was arrested on Jan. 12 at 5:45 p.m.

He was charged with third-degree sexual abuse, a class B misdemeanor and endangering the welfare of a child.

Deputies say the charges stem from the investigation into an incident that occurred at a residence in the town of Scriba in October 2011.  Rodriguez is alleged to have had finger to vagina contact with the victim being less than 17 years of age.

Rodriguez was released on appearance tickets.

He is to return to Town of Scriba Court on Feb. 2.
