Ruben Sanchez, 20, of 96 Hamilton St. #158, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:54 a.m. Sept. 2.
According to the police report: Sanchez was ticketed for second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt (E felony) for allegedly striking another person which did violate an Order of Protection for such person issued by Oswego City Court.
He is to appear in court on Sept. 23.

Matthew M. Buske, 23, of 24 Governor St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:53 a.m. Sept. 4.
According to the police report: Buske was processed on a summons issued by Oswego City Court for second-degree harassment.
He is to appear in court on Sept. 30.

Allen M. Howard, 18, of 36 Draper St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 12:03 p.m. Sept. 4.
According to the police report: Howard was processed on a summons issued by Oswego City Court for unlawful possession of marijuana.
He is to appear in court on Sept. 18.

Matthew J. Schladebeck Sr., 46, of 137 W. Bridge St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:04 a.m. Sept. 4.
According to the police report: Schladebeck was processed on a summons issued by Oswego City Court for second-degree harassment.
He is to appear in court on Sept. 30.

Kathryn A. Parry, 25, of 97 E. Seneca St. Upper, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 2:06 p.m. Sept. 4.
According to the police report: Parry was processed on a summons issued by Oswego City Court for second-degree harassment.
She is to appear in court on Sept. 30.

Dean J. Pieropan Jr., 19, of 486 O’Connor Road, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 4 p.m. Sept. 4.
According to the police report: Pieropan was processed on a summons issued by Oswego City Court for second-degree harassment.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 10.

Caven M. Cox, 22, of 344 East Sexton Road, New London, Texas

The subject was charged at about 2:13 a.m. Aug. 30.
According to the police report: Cox was arrested for disorderly conduct for allegedly striking/fighting another person in public at Water and Cayuga streets and for allegedly resisting his arrest for same.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Amanda M. Balduzzi, 18, of 143 Bennett Road, Camillus

The subject was charged at about 12:28 a.m. Aug. 30.
According to the police report: Balduzzi was ticketed for violating the Open Container Ordinance and Possession of Alcohol while less than 21 years old after allegedly being observed standing on the sidewalk at West Oneida and Eighth streets with an open can of beer.
She is to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Michael J. Cavender, 16, of 3 Smallwood St., Baldwinsville

The subject was charged at about 1:22 a.m. Sept. 1.
According to the police report: Cavender was ticketed for violating the Open Container Ordinance and Possession of Alcohol while less than 21 years old after allegedly being observed standing on the sidewalk at West Schuyler and Ontario streets consuming a can of beer.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 9.

As this column goes to press the 152nd Oswego County Fair should be in full swing at Sandy Creek. During the previous week the Heritage building was stocked full with many new and unique exhibits. We even brought down a piano for some live music!
