Matthew J. Franzese, 22, of 619 Onondaga Hall, SUNY Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:32 p.m. Sept. 19.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with violating the open container ordinance for allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West Cayuga and Liberty streets.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 28.

Timothy M. Weber, 22, of 28 N. Glenn Ave., Watkins Glen

The subject was charged at about 11:33 p.m. Sept. 19.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with violating the open container ordinance for allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at 145 W. Cayuga St.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 28.

David J. Caywood, 23, of 412 David Drive, Syracuse

The subject was charged at about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 21.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with violating the open container ordinance for allegedly being in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at West First and Market streets.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 28.

Jeremy K. Archer, 34, of 77 E. Ninth St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 7:38 a.m. Sept. 20.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested for first-degree criminal contempt after an investigation determined that the defendant allegedly struck an adult female victim in violation of an order of protection.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail without bail.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 28.

Jeramiah J. Gustke, 27, of 269 N. Fifth St., Fulton

The subject was charged at about 4:03 p.m. Sept. 20.
According to the police report: the above defendant was arrested on an active felony arrest warrant issued by Oswego County Court for original charges of Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Driving While Intoxicated.
He was remanded to Oswego County Jail.
He is to appear in court at a later date.

Andreas A. Diaz Jr., 37, of 5697 State Route 104, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:16 a.m. Sept. 21.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with DWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, and an Equipment Violation after he was observed operating a motor vehicle and was subsequently stopped by police on Route 104 for an alleged equipment violation. Upon investigation it was determined that the defendant was allegedly operating the motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition and without valid proof of insurance.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 30.

James A. Stoddard III, 20, of 30 Orangewood Drive, Liverpool

The subject was charged at about 1:34 a.m. Sept. 13.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana at West Sixth and Bridge streets.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Dennis J. O’Leary, 46, of 150 E. First St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 10:11 p.m. Sept. 16.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling obscenities loud enough to cause a disturbance in the neighborhood on Varick Street.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 30.

Bernie F. Race, 19, of 47 E. 12th St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:52 p.m. Sept. 20.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with violating the open container ordinance and unlawful possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old. He was allegedly in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at East Utica and 13th streets.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 30.

Michael R. Dreimiller, 19, of 575 Stone Liegh Road, Oneida

The subject was charged at about 12:31 a.m. Sept. 20.
According to the police report: the above defendant was charged with violating the open container ordinance and unlawful possession of alcohol while less than 21 years old. He was allegedly in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in public space at 140 W. Schuyler St.
He is to appear in court on Oct. 30.
