Justin K. Ashley, 21, of 115 W. Seneca St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:05 a.m. Nov. 16 with violating the open container ordinance.
According to the police report: Ashley was ticketed for allegedly being in public with an open container of an alcoholic beverage at 158 Water St.
He is to appear in court on Jan. 27, 2009.

Brian C. Rohe, 22, of 558 Stowe Ave., Baldwin

The subject was charged at about 2:25 a.m. Nov. 9 with second-degree assault and resisting arrest.
According to the police report: Rohe was arrested for allegedly striking a uniformed police officer and for allegedly resisting his arrest for the assault.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
He is to appear in court Nov. 18.

Jason R. Fellows, 28, of 274 Kingdom Road, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 11:12 p.m. Nov. 14.
According to the police report: Fellows was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court for aggravated criminal contempt and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
He is to appear in court on Nov. 25.

Marco D. Crowe, 20, of 10220 North Ridge Loop, Fort Drum

The subject was charged at about 1:36 a.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Crowe was ticketed for allegedly failing to disperse from the area of West First and Market streets when told to do so by a uniformed police officer.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.
