Antoine Copeland, 24, of 2220 Riva Ridge Loop, Fort Drum

The subject was charged at about 1:36 a.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Copeland was ticketed for allegedly failing to disperse from the area of West First and Market streets when told to do so by a uniformed police officer.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Layon F. Robinson IV, 19, of 10222 4th Armor Division Road, Fort Drum

The subject was charged at about 1:36 a.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Robinson was ticketed for allegedly failing to disperse from the area of West First and Market streets when told to do so by a uniformed police officer.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Omar R. McFadden, 19, of 25372 Virginia Smith Road, Calcium

The subject was charged at about 1:36 a.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: McFadden was ticketed for allegedly failing to disperse from the area of West First and Market streets when told to do so by a uniformed police officer.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Jeremy W. Johnston, 21, of 2664 A County Route 57, Fulton

The subject was charged at about 11:45 p.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Johnston was ticketed for allegedly obstructing vehicular traffic at West First and Bridge streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Alex D. Drake, 23, of 8 Montcalm St., Oswego

The subject was charged at about 1:44 a.m. Nov. 13 with two counts of disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Drake allegedly used obscene language in public and did refuse to disperse from the area of 39 W. Bridge St., both acts did alarm nearby pedestrians.
He was released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Matthew J. Colon, 24, of 163 1/2 E. Ninth St. #4, Oswego

The subject was charged at about 8:25 p.m. Nov. 14 with violating the open container ordinance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: Colon did allegedly possess an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public at East Fifth and Bridge streets and was also allegedly in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Desiree L. Dutcher, 22, of 8 Fennaway Green, Cazenovia

The subject was charged at about 11:45 p.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Dutcher was ticketed for allegedly obstructing vehicular traffic at West First and Bridge streets.
She is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Christopher S. Smith, 29, of 8 Fennaway Green, Cazenovia

The subject was charged at about 11:45 p.m. Nov. 15 with disorderly conduct.
According to the police report: Smith was ticketed for allegedly obstructing vehicular traffic at West First and Bridge streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.

Lee A. Johnson Jr., 31, of 613 S. Fourth St., Fulton

The subject was charged at about 11:39 p.m. Nov. 14 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the police report: Johnson was ticketed for allegedly possessing a small quantity of marijuana at West First and Cayuga streets.
He is to appear in court on Dec. 11.
