Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 08/19/2008

On 8/14/08 at 5:49 a.m., Corey M. Farnham, 25, of 8560 Sumac Dr., Baldwinsville, NY was operating a 1998 Chevrolet on CR 57A in the Town of Schroeppel when reportedly due to dense fog did not see stop sign at the intersection with CR 57 and when the brakes were applied the vehicle slid into the guardrail causing the truck to overturn.  Mr. Farnham was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.

On 8/18/08 at 10:00 a.m., Ryan J. Moffett, 23, of 26 Blind Rd., Mexico, NY was arrested for Forcible Touching, a class A misdemeanor resulting from the investigation into an incident which allegedly occurred at a Town of Richland residence where he forcibly kissed and touched a female on her buttocks.  Mr. Moffett was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Richland Court on 8/25/08.

On 8/18/08 at 3:20 p.m., John J. Vint III, 22, of East 12th Bldg# 114, East Huntington, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree and Speeding in Excess of 55 after a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Volney, just south of CR 57.  Mr. Flint was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Volney on 8/25/08.
