Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 09/18/2008

On 9/17/08 at 9:23 a.m., Richard C. Stone, 25, of 8185 Dunham Rd., Baldwinsville, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor and Exposure of a Person stemming from an incident in which he reportedly urinated unconcealed on SR 104 in the Town of Oswego as a school bus was unloading children in a residential area.  Mr. Stone was issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Oswego Town Court on 10/06/08.

On 9/17/08 at 3:56 p.m., Ryan M. Cleveland, 18, of 529 Paradise Rd., Central Square, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree (6 counts) a class E felony and Criminal Mischief 4th degree (19 counts) stemming from the investigation into his involvement associated with the damage of windows and mailboxes in the Town of Mexico in August of this year.  Also charged in this incident were Zachery J. Wright, 17, of 945 Red School House Rd., Fulton, NY with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (3 counts), a class E felony and Criminal Mischief 4th degree (12 counts) along with Andrew J. Meyer, 18, of Hurlbutt Rd. Bldg# 329, Mexico, NY with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (6 counts), a class E felony and Criminal Mischief 4th degree (19 counts).  All three individuals were arraigned in Richland Town  Court with bail set for Mr. Myer and Mr. Cleveland at $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond and for Mr. Wright at $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond.

On 9/17/08 at 8:07 p.m., Susan M. Smith, 29, of 33 CC Rd., Williamstown, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd degree resulting from an incident in which she allegedly contacted an individual by phone of whom has an order of protection filed against her.  Ms. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Williamstown Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100.00 cash or $200.00 bond.  She is scheduled to appear before the T/O Parish Court on 10/14/08.

On 9/17/08 at 10:09 p.m., a 17 year old male residing in the Village of Hannibal was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from the report of multiple larcenies out of vehicles on SR 3 in the Village of Hannibal.  He was arraigned in Hannibal Town Court and is being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond.
