Pulaski Man Arrested on Felony Charges after Domestic Incident

PULASKI, NY – State Police in Pulaski arrested Eugene J. Lacour Jr., 37, from 4855 N. Jefferson St. Apt.# 2 Pulaski, NY for the following:

•Assault 3rd, class “A” misdemeanor
•Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, a class “A” misdemeanor
•Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class “A” misdemeanor
•Harrassment 2nd, a violation
•Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, a class “A” felony
•Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine 3rd, a class “D” felony

Eugene J. Lacour Jr.On Tuesday, at approximately 2:30 p.m., troopers were called to the residence for a reported domestic incident with a female.

Autumn M. Lavanchard, 23, of the same address, was arrested on bench warrants issued in Watertown Town Court.

Lavanchard was also charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree and one count of Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree.

Lavanchard was arraigned at the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

Lacour was arraigned at the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

Committee OKs Fire Department’s Ambulance Request

At its meeting Monday night, the administrative Services Committee gave the green light to renting an ambulance from May through July. The rental period would cover some of the Port City’s busiest times, including the Bridge Street Run, according to Jeff McCrobie, fire chief. Snapshots Of Lunacy

The other night on television, I watched NYS Board of Regents Chancellor Merryl Tish stating that New York parents deserve “…a snapshot, that’s all the tests are, of their child’s development…” As a parent and an educator, I could not agree more, parents certainly should have snapshot of their child’s development.
