Oswego Boys Cross Country Finishes 5th At Invitational

The Oswego High School boys’ cross country teams competed in the East Syracuse-Minoa Invitational where the varsity placed fifth out of ten teams.

Shane Demo led the varsity in twenty-second place and two spots behind was Brandon Auyer. Pat Shafer had a strong showing in thirty-second as all three broke the 18 minute mark under perfect conditions. Aaron Baxter was forty-fourth, Colin Morgan (photo) fifty-fourth and Mitch Galvin in sixtieth while Zach McQuaid finished ninetieth.

In jayvee action Austin DeMott was twenty-sixth while Kan Krapf was four spots behind. Tres Bell was fifty-first, Steve Livoti fifty-sixth and Billy Crist seventy-first.

Oswego will finish the dual meet season at home on Wednesday against Central Square as the Bucs hope to move to 4-2 on the season.
