Monday April 25 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Office, 3288 Main St., Jan Smith, Oswego County Master Gardener, will instruct a “Vegetable Gardening Class for the Beginners” and “Seed Starting Basics.”
