Hannibal Central School District is preparing to go to a public vote, seeking approval for a $26.9 million capital project that has been developed to address health and safety, facilities, technology and energy needs at all three of the district’s school buildings. State Education Department: Graduation Rates Show Improvement

UPDATED: The New York State Education Department reports that statewide four-year graduation rates are up from where they were two years ago. In Fulton, four-year graduation rates were below the statewide average for the group of students who graduated in 2007. Five of nine school districts in Oswego County saw graduation rates above the state average.
