Judge Resets Bail In Stoughtenger Case

Father Fuming Over Lack of Notice

Fajo Edwards’ father says his family had no idea that Audrey Arnold, the woman convicted this year of causing severe injuries to his son in 2006, was released from the Oswego County jail earlier this month. Now Elroy Edwards says he wants to know why. Undersheriff Robert Lighthall says victim notification is not part of the parole board’s requirements for the local condition release program.
