Debra Carson, Personal Lines Supervisor at Oswego Valley Insurance Agencies, was recently awarded the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA), a professional designation conferred by the American Insurance Marketing and Sales Society (the AIMS Society), according to OVIA Vice President Chuck Harrington.
