The Oswego County Health Department postponed its plans to spray an area of central Oswego County tonight due to the high winds. The Oswego County Health Department has been notified that four more pools of mosquitoes, collected from the Toad Harbor/Big Bay Swamp area on the north shore of Oneida Lake, have tested positive for Eastern equine encephalitis.
