Three Arrested in Fulton Drug Bust

A Fulton couple and a man from Syracuse were arrested Thursday as police ended what they said was an investigation into drug sales in the city.

Police charged Marcus L. Wright, 41 and Shannon M. Darby, 28, both of 20 W. Eleventh St., Apt. G-6, Fulton. They were charged with felony and misdemeanor drug possession counts along with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Fulton Police Department reports recovering 45 grams of crack cocaine and 28 grams of marijuana. The department estimates the street value of the drugs to be about $5,000.

Also arrested was Deandre E. Ivey of Syracuse. He was turned over to Cicero Police on an outstanding warrant.

The New York State Police and the Oswego County Drug Task Force were also part of the investigation and arrests.

Sheriff’s Office Seeks Help Locating Missing Man

The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating James A. Clifford, 71, of Orwell. Clifford was last seen on Sept. 10 at the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles on Taft Road, North Syracuse, when he surrendered the license plates to his 1999 silver Toyota Land Cruiser.
