According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.05-inch of precipitation on February 6.

The monthly total stands at 1.75 inches.

The total for the year is 5.95 inches.

Fulton received 1.7 inches of snow on February 6.

Total snowfall for the month is 43.7 inches.

For the winter the total is 141.2 inches.

Mostly cloudy and turning colder today with flurries likely around sunset.

KEYS Program Drives Smiles Onto Faces of Families Battling Cancer

The KEYS Program “Smile Experience” achieved its intended goal, as a number of child cancer patients and their families were all smiles during the most recent KEYS respite day at the Oswego County Quarter Midget Club. “It’s nice for them,” said KEYS Program founder Colleen Bennett in regards to the KEYS children. “To have a day away from hospitals, needles and doctors. To have a day with their family and a moment to just enjoy life.”
