According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received 0.05-inch of precipitation on February 6.

The monthly total stands at 1.75 inches.

The total for the year is 5.95 inches.

Fulton received 1.7 inches of snow on February 6.

Total snowfall for the month is 43.7 inches.

For the winter the total is 141.2 inches.

Mostly cloudy and turning colder today with flurries likely around sunset.

Emily McGinley of Phoenix was among 47 members of the SUNY Oneonta Class of 2015 who received Senior Service Awards recognizing their commitment to volunteerism. East Second Street Re-Opens Near Oswego Library

In regards to the road closure issued by the Oswego Codes Division of the Oswego City Fire Department on May 27, East Second Street has been re-opened for traffic between East Bridge Street and Oneida Street. Due to the continued concerns with the decorative façade of the Oswego Public Library, there are barriers indicating a lane shift.
