According to Fulton’s weather observer, the area received no precipitation on November 19.

The monthly total stays at 1.91 inches.

The total for the year now stands at 36.79 inches.

Mostly overcast today with highs near 50.

Sandra Scott Travels: Peru Has Plenty To Offer

The Uros Islands are just one of the amazing sites in Peru. The islands are located near the Andean city of Puno. If visiting Peru is on your bucket list, and your travel dates are flexible, check the airfares frequently. I have never unraveled the mysteries of airfares. I have seen some flights to Peru for under $500. I find it less expensive to book the land portion of travel myself.

New Youth Court Members Ready To Dispense Teen Justice

Seventeen students from around the county were sworn in on Sept. 22 as the newest members of Oswego County’s Youth Court. Not all of them were able to attend the ceremony. Oswego County Family Court Judge Kim Seager administered the oath at the Oswego County Courthouse on Oneida Street as members of the graduates’ families looked on, many of them taking photographs.
