Fulton, NY – “The Bubble Man,†Doug Rougeux, visited the CYO Summer Program to entertain students with a dazzling show that featured the creation of bubbles in all shapes and sizes.
The students were amazed to see bubbles choreographed to music and bubbles large enough to surround their friends.
“The Bubble Man’s†appearance was made possible through a mini grant from the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau.
