pSubject: strongSummer Concert Series in Phoenix/strong/ppContact:  strongSusan Lippke/strong, 695-2801 (M,W,F)/pp The Phoenix Community Concert Series Partners:  the Town of Schroeppel Community Services Department, Phoenix Community & Youth Council, the Phoenix Public Library, and Cultural Resources Council, is celebrating the 10supth/sup Anniversary of Music in the Park this summer!  This FREE family concert series is made possible with Funds from NYS Council on the Arts Decentralization Grant Program, a State Agency and the Cultural Resources Council a Regional Arts Council.  The concerts will take place at Henley Park, State St., in Phoenix on Monday evenings from 6:00 – – 8:00 pm./pp strong        The schedule is as follows:/strong/pp strongMonday, June 28 – Phoenix Community Band/strong/ppstrong /strongstrongMonday, July 12 – Weekend Pass (country)/strong/ppstrong /strongstrongMonday, July 19/strong – strongSoda Ash Six (Dixieland)/strong/pp strongMonday, July 26/strong – strongDan Elliot & the Monterays/strong/pp strongMonday, August 2 – After FX (horn band/R&B)/strong/pp strongMonday, August 10/strong –strong Mark Rust (family)/strong/pp strongMonday, August 16/strong strong– Jazz Kats Combo (jazz)/strong/ppstrong /strongstrongMonday, August 23 – Eddie Fagan (banjo)/strong/ppstrongMonday, August 30 – Hendry (Sponsored by the State Street Café)/strong/ppstrong /strongThe rain location for most of the concerts will be at the Phoenix VFW Pavilion off ofCulvert & Bridge Streets.   Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and umbrellas if it is cloudy, to enjoy great music and great times.  Concession stands and some picnic tables are also available.  The Town of Schroeppel Community Services Department provides equal program opportunities.  Anyone with a disability who requires any special accommodations for the concerts or for further information, call Community Services at 695-2801./pp /p
