The Captain & Crew tournament will begin with an 8:00 a.m. “shot gun” start. Cost for the tournament is $70.00 per person and will consist of four person teams. The field will be limited to the first twenty-five teams that register.

The entry fee includes greens fees, cart, dinner, awards & prizes immediately following at the course clubhouse.

This year’s tournament winners will be decided by a team “blind draw” – after completing their rounds, two “Captain and Crew” teams will be paired randomly and the lowest combined score wins!

To date, major sponsors of the Eleventh Annual St. Luke Charity Golf Tournament include Fulton Savings Bank, Rehab Resources, Harbor Pharmacy, Key Bank and Usherwood Office Technologies.

The annual St. Luke Charity Golf Tournament has raised thousands of dollars on behalf of the St. Luke “Make a Wish” program, Bishop’s Commons “Wishing Well Fund” and Michaud Residential Health Services “Wish List” funds.

These programs add to the quality of life enjoyed by our residents and help keep them connected with our community. Over the last few years a wide variety of wishes have been granted to residents ranging from clothing and electronic items, to trips to local attractions, restaurants, and visits to see family members.

To register to golf in this event or for sponsorship opportunities, please contact St. Luke Health Services at 342-3166.
