14-Year-Old Student Charged After School Threat Investigation In Hannibal


HANNIBAL – On Monday (April 2),, State Police arrested a 14-year-old boy for Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.

On Monday, a Hannibal Middle School student reported seeing a threatening message written on the wall of the boy’s bathroom to a teacher, who then notified school officials.

Edward Brisson, the School Resource Officer for the Hannibal Central School District, was able to locate the student involved.

The juvenile was taken into custody, issued a family court appearance ticket and was released to his parents.
