The arrests stem from the investigation into their alleged participation into an incident that occurred in the town of Mexico on Dec. 15, when a gun dealer shop was broken into through the door and multiple long rifles were stolen.

The individuals allegedly also conspired to break into a separate residence but did not actually follow through with it.

Colon, Delgado and Nolen were arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court by Hon. Judge Moretti.

They were remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond for Colon and Delgado, and no bail for Nolen.

The suspects are to return to court on Jan. 24.

This case remains an open investigation.
