Fulton Police had a busy morning and afternoon arresting five different people in less than four hours. Four of those defendants were in custody as a result of warrant arrests.
Three subjects, Terry Kirsch and Thomas Kirsch, both of Red Creek, and Brandon Chrestler of Fulton, were each arrested on Bench Warrants for failing to appear in court as directed by Fulton City Court Judge Spencer Ludington.
A fourth subject, Starr Buchanan of Oswego, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a Class E Felony, and two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
The last subject, Shawn Merrill of Fulton, was issued a Criminal Summons charging him with one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony.
