Albert C. “Bucky” Robbins Jr., 81

FULTON, NY – Albert C. “Bucky” Robbins Jr., 81 of the Fulton – Pulaski areas, passed away Sunday June 17, 2012, at his home after a long illness.

He was born in Sussex, NJ, the son of the late Phoebe and Albert Robbins.

Bucky had worked as a truck driver for Mid-Hudson Steele in Howell, NY, before retiring and moving to Pulaski, where he worked for Tony’s Salmon Country Sport Shop.

Bucky was an avid sportsman; hunter, trapper and fisherman all his life.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Jane Decker Robbins; and his second wife, Sara Sperbeck Robbins.

He is survived by his daughter, Rose Robbins Sweeney of Port Jervis; two step-daughters, Linda Bender of Middletown and Kathleen Sperbeck Clark of Fulton; two step-sons, Kevin and Timothy Sperbeck of Fulton; grandchildren, Brittany, Charles, Colley, Aaron Elizabeth, Edmund, Timothy, Katlyn and Andrea; and five great-grandchildren.

There will be a gathering at 1 p.m. on Friday at Skeet and Bonnie Scoville’s home, 3664 State Route 13, Pulaski.
