HANNIBAL, NY – Alice M. Diamond, 86 of Hannibal, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego.
A native of Fulton, she had resided in Hannibal most of her life.
Alice was the daughter of David and Frances Guppy House.
She had worked at Nestle Company in Fulton for more than 18 years.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Whitmer, in 2012.
Surviving are her children, Lois Groat of Hannibal, Susan Mastro of Solvay, Gail Patterson of Fulton, Charles (Anna) Diamond of Fairfax, Va., Joyce Gebele of LaGrangeville, Joan Diamond of Indianapolis, Ind. and Janet Busch of Temple, Ga.; a son-in-law, Daniel Whitmer of Fulton; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, with services immediately following.
Burial will be in the spring at Mexico Village Cemetery, Mexico.
