OSWEGO, NY – An Altmar man was arrested after allegedly crashed his vehicle, pinning a man between to two other vehicles, according to the sheriff’s office.
On Wednesday at 10:58 a.m., Dwayne A. LeBlanc, 51, of 16 Eldred Road, Altmar, was arrested for second-degree AUO (Revoked on 06/28/91 for DWI with a BAC of .08% or more, Revoked on 06/05/98 for DWI, Suspended on 11/20/98 for failure to pay child support, Revoked on 08/08/01 for refusing to submit to a chemical test, Suspended twice on 03/15/02 for failure to answer a summons the town of Richland, and Revoked on 09/06/02 for DWI).
The charges stem from the investigation into a personal injury two-vehicle MVA in a private driveway at 4053 US Route 11 in the town of Richland.
Deputies report that a pedestrian, Jeremy A. Gross, 30 of 4053 US Route 11, was standing between a parked unoccupied vehicle and a 2005 Chevrolet being operated by Mr. LeBlanc when LeBlanc reportedly pulled forward westbound and struck Mr. Gross pinning him in between the vehicles then continued on, striking the 2008 Mercury that was parked.
Mr. LeBlanc was released on the UTT.
He is to appear in the Town of Richland Court on April 5.
