Anna P. Blasczienski, 88, of Fulton, died Wednesday at University Hospital in Syracuse.
A native of West Monroe, she had resided in Fulton many years. Anna was an avid afghan crafter and a member of ARISE of Oswego County. She was predeceased by her husband, Irving Blasczienski, who died in 1997 and by a son, Robert Blaczienski who died in 1957.
Surviving are: four sons, Ronald (Joyce) Blasczienski of Hastings, Anthony (Judy) Blasczienski of Tennessee, Michael (Cathy) Blasczienski of Granby and Edward (Pearl) Blasczienski of Mexico; four daughters, Julie Romanick of South Carolina, Gloria (Thomas) Gamble of North Carolina, Joan (James) Becker of South Carolina and Dolores Carp of Weedsport; two brothers, Chester (Peg) Jones of Mexico and Ralph Jones of Avon; two sisters, Ethel Robinson of Oswego and Betty (George) Gleason of West Boonville; 33 grandchildren, 19 step grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton with burial at St. Maryâ€™s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
