Area students named to dean’s list at Paul Smith’s College


PAUL SMITHS, NY – The following area students were named to the dean’s list at Paul Smith’s College during the spring 2014 semester. Each earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction:

Anthony Angelo of Pulaski, N.Y., who is majoring in natural resources management and policy.

Claire Atkinson of Pulaski, N.Y., who is majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences. Atkinson was also named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.

Corey Bulson of Williamstown, N.Y., who is majoring in forestry.

Stacy Cavanaugh of Central Square, N.Y., who is majoring in food service and beverage management.

Ashlee Danley of Fulton, N.Y., who is majoring in baking and pastry arts.

Richard DeLong of Mexico, N.Y., who is majoring in integrative studies. DeLong was also named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.

Anthony Filiberto of Central Square, N.Y., who is majoring in hotel, resort and tourism management.

Gabrielle Filiberto of Central Square, N.Y., who is majoring in hotel, resort and tourism management.

Rebecca Forman of West Monroe, N.Y., who is majoring in hotel, resort and tourism management. Forman was also named an Adirondack Scholar, having achieved a cumulative average of at least 3.8.

Patrick Hanks of Pulaski, N.Y., who is majoring in hotel, resort and tourism management.

Joshua Kennedy of Cleveland, N.Y., who is majoring in surveying technology.

Kyle Martin of Fulton, N.Y., who is majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences.

Brandon Morey of West Monroe, N.Y., who is majoring in biology.

Kyle Nellis of Lacona, N.Y., who is majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences.

Kara Nipper of Phoenix, N.Y., who is majoring in biology.

Christina Peterson of Bernhards Bay, N.Y., who is majoring in biology.

Jeffrey Schmidt of Oswego, N.Y., who is majoring in hotel, resort and tourism management.

Michael Thompson of Oswego, N.Y., who is majoring in forestry.
