Area SUNY Canton Students Earn Dean’s List Honors


CANTON, NY – Students were recently recognized for their outstanding achievement at SUNY Canton during the spring 2014 semester.

To receive Dean’s List honors, full-time students must earn at least a 3.25 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale.

Among the area students who made Dean’s List were:

Kayla Gilbert of Bernhards Bay, NY, SUNY Canton Nursing major. Gilbert is a 2012 graduate of Paul V Moore High School.

Brandon Solon of Bernhards Bay, NY, a SUNY Canton Sports Management major. Solon is a 2011 graduate of Paul V Moore High School.

Nicholas R. Baxter of Central Square, NY, a SUNY Canton Mechanical Technology major. Baxter is a 2013 graduate of Paul V Moore High School.

Caitlin M. Lavoie of Fulton, NY, a SUNY Canton Liberal Arts-General Studies major. Lavoie is a 2012 graduate of G Ray Bodley High School.

Gregory D. Gelsi of Martville, NY, a SUNY Canton Alternative and Renewable Energy System major. Gelsi is a 2011 graduate of Hannibal Central School.

Dalton Moore of Mexico, NY, a SUNY Canton Civil and Environmental Technology major. Moore is a 2011 graduate of Freeport Area Senior High School.

Stacey L. Taylor of Mexico, NY, a SUNY Canton Management major. Taylor is a 2006 graduate of Oswego High School.

Cathryn Darling of Oswego, NY, a SUNY Canton Graphic and Multimedia Design major. Darling is a 2011 graduate of Oswego High School.

Brennon Richardson of Oswego, NY, a SUNY Canton Criminal Justice major. Richardson is a 2012 graduate of Oswego High School.
