FULTON, NY – Arlene J. Nardozzi, 85, of Fulton, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse, on Friday morning July 12, 2019.
She was born in Geneva, NY, to the late Frank and Josephine (Perry) Cosentino.
Mrs. Nardozzi had been a resident of Fulton for most of her life.
She owned and operated Arlene’s Beauty Shop, Fulton, and Appearance Beauty Salon & Retail Center, Fulton, for more than 40 years.
Mrs. Nardozzi was an avid volunteer in several local organizations.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard Nardozzi of Fulton; their children: Deborah (William) Walberger of Phoenix, NY, Cindy Nardozzi of Clay, NY, and Tammy (Daniel) Nardozzi-Irovando of Clay, NY; four grandchildren: Richard (Lauren Demicolo) Walberger, Michael (Tonja) Metcalf, Mathew Metcalf and Nicholas Metcalf; and two great-grandchildren: Grayson and Maverick.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Trinity Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Joseph Scardella.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
Calling hours will be conducted 2 to 4 p.m. Monday in the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
