FULTON, NY – As CNY Arts Center prepares to celebrate the first birthday of Arts in the Heart Gallery, Ashley Lynn Wines has agreed to provide wines for the wine and cheese celebration.
The party, open to the public, will be held June 26 from 5 to 8 p.m. and include raffles, food and a silent auction of Doug Jones autographed headshots and signed tee shirt.
The gallery is located at 47 S. First St. in Fulton, across from the gazebo.
Established in 1928, on 130 acres of rolling farmland in the state of New York, Hurlbut Orchards has been a top producer of Macintosh and Cortland apples. A family run farm, Leroy, Pat and sons, Leon and Craig have dedicated their lives to producing top quality New York State apples.
With an abundance of fruit and a history of making apple wine for family and friends dating back 40 years, The Hurlbut family are now putting all of their efforts in the retail wine business. Concentrating their efforts on eleven blended varieties of apple wines, they have developed a product that is reasonably priced with outstanding taste.
“We are delighted to have Hurlbut Orchards provide this wonderful apple wine for our celebration,” said Bonnie McClellan, Gallery coordinator. “Central New York is known for its delicious varieties of apples and what better way to enjoy them with our birthday party than in a delectable wine from Ashley Lynn Wines.”
The birthday party wraps up a month-long slate of activities including classes, art demonstrations, knit-ins and Arts Fest.
