Auditions Set Wednesday and Thursday for Harborfest Children’s Musical

Audition dates for the 2014 Harborfest Children’s Musical production “Peter Pan” will be held Wednesday and Thursday at the McCrobie Building, 41 Lake St.

Area students in grades 3 through 10 will have the opportunity to audition for parts in this very special youth production of “Peter Pan the Musical,” book, music and lyrics by Piers Chater Robinson, through ITM, Ltd.

The musical follows the beloved children’s classic by J.M. Barrie.

Characters include Peter Pan and the Lost Boys, Wendy, Michael and John Darling, the Indians of Never Never Land and the infamous Captain Hook with his rollicking pirates.

The musical will be under the direction of Bobbie Palange and Rocky Farden.

Farden noted that the production requires between 45 to 50 performers and features speaking parts, singing and dancing.
