FULTON, NY – Audrey Hanlon Jachimek, 84 formerly of Fulton, died Tuesday April 3, 2012, at St. Luke Residential Health Services in Oswego following a long illness.
A native of Phoenix, she had resided in Fulton most of her life.
Audrey had worked at Sealright Co. in Fulton, General Electric Co. in Liverpool and she retired from Nestle Co. in Fulton after many years.
She was a former member of several bowling leagues at Lakeview Lanes in Fulton and enjoyed playing Bingo, poker, gambling and slot machines and traveling with family and senior citizens on trips.
Audrey was a former member of the Elks Ladies Auxiliary and volunteer at the Oswego Harborfest for many years.
Surviving are her daughter, Susan (Philip) LaBarge of Fulton; her son, Henry (Barbara Coufal) Jachimek Jr. of Plattsmouth, NE; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday with services immediately following at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
Rev. Mark Kimpland will officiate.
