Missing Woman Located
Missing person, Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips, was located this morning by a passing motorist, who stopped to assist Ms. Phillips after she was observed walking along CR 28, cold and wet from the rain.
The motorist contacted members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, who subsequently identified Ms. Phillips, who had been missing since April 27.
The motorist reportedly observed Ms. Phillips walking near Fernwood Road in the town of Richland, approximately four miles from where her vehicle had been found yesterday behind Fulton Boiler Works.
Members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office thank everyone for their assistance over the past 24 hours that led to Cassandra Phillips being located.
Found to be in good health, Ms. Phillips has been taken to the Oswego Hospital for an assessment.

OSWEGO – Members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office are attempting to locate 36-year-old Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips of Canastota.
She was last seen Friday, April 27, on East Milestrip Road in Canastota.
At approximately 5 a.m. today (April 30), Ms. Phillips’ 2009 Hyundai was found behind Fulton Boiler Works in the village of Pulaski.
Ms. Phillips has had no contact with her family since Friday.
Ms. Phillips is reported to be 5’4” with blue eyes and reddish-brown hair.
