Assemblyman Will Barclay and Assemblyman Bob Oaks recently congratulated Oswego County Opportunities on celebrating its 50th year anniversary at the organization’s annual meeting.

OCO is a private, nonprofit human service agency serving 30,000 people each year with nutrition, health care and transportation programs among its more than 50 service programs.
