The seven-man team is rowing the entire length of the Erie Canal, 340 miles, in an attempt to raise $40,000 for Camp Good Days & Special Times.

Camp Good Days is a summer camp for children and families that have been impacted by cancer or other life-threatening challenges.

The eight-day fundraiser began in Buffalo and will conclude in Albany, with the team rowing for about 10 hours each day and sleeping in tents.

During the first six years of the fundraiser, the team has raised more than $200,000 to be donated to this cause.
