Oswego County youth recently traveled to the State Capitol to participate in a state-wide leadership conference to learn more about state government and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
The leadership conference was held by the Association of New York State Youth Bureaus and more than 170 young adults participated during the two-day event.
Assemblyman Will Barclay met and spoke with the students while they were in Albany.
