The New York State Art Teachers Association recently held its Student Art Exhibit in Albany.
Student artists were selected from participating districts to have their work on display in the Capitol and to meet their State Assembly and Senate representatives during an exhibit held June 10 in Albany.
“This is an excellent program and I enjoy seeing all of the artwork by talented, young artists and meeting the artists themselves,” said Barclay. “They are a credit to their dedicated instructors.”

The artists selected were Margaret O’Leary and Aidan Robbins from Leighton Elementary, Danielle Wright and Mara Criollo-Rivera from Riley Elementary, Alyssa Cheeley from Oswego Middle School, and Dain Jerred, from Oswego High School.
