Bernice was a customer of Smart Insurance Co. for many yrs. When she would come in to pay on a bill or make a change on her policy we would enjoy a great conversation and almost always she would have a tootsie roll pop in her pocket to share along with her “sweet” personality! She made me smile when I saw her coming in!
