FULTON, NY – Billie Jo Stone, 25, of Fulton, died Tuesday January 10, 2017, at home after a sudden attack.

She was a member of ARISE.

Billie Jo enjoyed bowling, camping and was a strong supporter of the NY Yankees.

She is survived by her mother, Deborah Merrill and stepfather, Richard Pullen of Fulton; her father, James Merrill of Florida; her boyfriend, Harvey Webster of Fulton; sisters, Ann (Brian) Hayes of Marcellus and Christina (Mark Meddley) Moon of Weedsport; brother, Richard Reynolds of Fulton; half-sisters, Marlena Burleson and Tammy Buchanan and half-brothers, Thomas Merrill and James Merrill Jr. all of North Carolina, and her maternal grandmother, Frances Ward.

In addition, she is survived by her loving nieces and nephews, whom she loved spending time with Kalista, Natalie, Karissa, Justin and Hunter; and her aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her brother, Timothy Merrill; sister, Elizabeth Merrill; maternal grandfather, Robert Ward; paternal grandparents, Lyman and Katherine Merrill.

Funeral services will be Monday at 6 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc.

Calling hours will be conducted Monday 4 to 6 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

  1. She was such a kind/big hearted young women! She was a great young lady, and would talk to anyone, very polite, kind, respectful, and caring! She would do anything she could for anyone!   2. A great woman with a big heart who adored life and her nieces and nephews. Nothing could have prepared me for the heartache I endured after her passing. She will be truly missed but never forgotten. You will always be in my heart little sister. I wish I got to say goodbye. May you rest in peace.

  4. I was just getting to know Billie because she was dating my son Harvey who was very kind to her as she was to him,they loved one another so much and Billie was loved by all of us. Fly high angel,you will truley be missed by Harvey and his family. RIP sweetheart we love you.

  9. She was my best friend in lanigan elementary. But somehow we lost contact. I now cherish all those naps and snack times together. We sometimes slept through snacktime which was usually after nap time. Kids picked on her for sucki g her thumb but she was my best friend. I tried getting back in contact all these years and i couldnt find her. I wish i searched harder. She will be missed. She was a wonderful person and im very glad i met her. I really miss her.   10. I was saddened to hear of billiies passing. I knew her for four years when she lived on west broadway. She was a sweet and caring woman and will be deeply missed. Rest in peace angel.
