Blessings In A Backpack Program Receives Funds

OSWEGO – Art Webb, master of Oswego’s Masonic Lake City Lodge #127, presented a check to Beth Hallinan of Oswego’s Blessings in a Backpack program.

It represents the proceeds from the lodge’s Nov. 19 pancake breakfast fundraiser.
