FULTON, NY – Brigid M. Rauch, 62, of Fulton, died Friday morning August 12, 2016, in Francis House of Syracuse.
She was born in Oakland, Calif., the daughter of the late Edward and Patricia (Murtha) Shea.
Mrs. Rauch has been a resident of Fulton for thirty-two years.
She was a mechanical engineer and had worked for Crucible Steel, Anoplate and was a contract engineer at Novelis.
She had also worked at the Carrier Warehouse as a supervisor.
Mrs. Rauch was a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
She was an active member and volunteer at the former Holy Family Church and she was communicant an active member and volunteer of All Saints Episcopal Church, Fulton.
Mrs. Rauch is survived by her husband of thirty-nine years, Edwin L Rauch of Fulton; and their children, Jeremiah (Margaret) Rauch of Clarence, NY, Rosaleen (Michael) Nogle of Buffalo, Brigidann Rauch of Buffalo, Samuel Rauch of Clarence, Evangeline Rauch of Clarence, Mairead Rauch of Wisconsin and Sean (Margaret) Shea of Albany.
In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren, Ezekiel, Cora, and Malachi; and her siblings, Dierdre (William) Dorr, Tiernan (Douglas Boyle) Shea and Conor (Rachel) Shea.
Calling hours will be Saturday, August 20, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. Second St., Fulton.
