    Dear Theresa, Family and Friends:

The City of Fulton as well as the greater community has lost an Officer and a Gentleman. Kindness, compassion, gentleness and respect are the descriptors that come to mind immediately. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I can only hope that all the wonderful memories you will share about Jim when you are with those who knew him, will lift you up through this very difficult time.

    With Love and Sympathy,
