Members of Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program Partnership display the proclamation they received from Senator Patty Ritchie for providing free breast, cervical and colon cancer screenings, diagnostic services and treatment this past year to more than 500 uninsured community members between the ages of 40 and 64.
The program was also cited for its community awareness of the importance of receiving regular cancer screenings and its efforts during Breast Cancer Awareness month in October.
