Jessica Westberry Joins CAC Staff

Karrie Damm, executive director of the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County, announced that Jessica Westberry has been chosen as the CAC’s Outreach and Prevention Advocate. Westberry most recently worked at the Hillside Children’s Center in Fulton as a skill builder for its Youth & Families Come First program and taught pre-school.

Fulton Family YMCA Teams Up with St. Luke Nurses to Offer Free Bone Density Screenings

Nurses from St. Luke Family of Caring affiliates are teaming up with the Fulton Family YMCA to offer bone density screenings on Tuesday, April 17, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Fulton YMCA, 715 W. Broadway. The screenings are free of charge and open to YMCA members and the public, no appointment is necessary.

For spring 2018, free public receptions will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday -- on April 20 for Spring BFA Exhibition I and on May 4 for Spring BFA Exhibition II -- in Tyler Art Gallery and the adjacent lobby of Tyler Hall.

College’s 2 BFA Exhibitions Each To Feature Artwork Of A Dozen Artists

The work of 24 SUNY Oswego bachelor of fine arts degree candidates will greet visitors to Tyler Art Gallery for two spring BFA exhibitions. Spring BFA Exhibition I will run April 14 to 22. A free public reception for the 12 student artists will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 20, in the gallery and Tyler Hall’s lobby.
