FULTON, NY – Catholic Charities of Oswego County recently welcomed Billie Crandall Brady, public educator with the Oswego County Traffic Board (kneeling in front) for a presentation on Halloween safety.
Participants in Catholic Charities’ Family Support Services and School Based Mental Health programs, which provide in-home intervention and in-school supportive level counseling for families with children with mental health diagnosis; and the Community Based Mentoring program, which matches community members with youth with mental health diagnosis, learned some valuable tips on how to enjoy a happy and safe Halloween.
In addition to the presentation, participants decorated pumpkins, made caramel apples, and enjoyed a number of arts and crafts activities.
Providing pumpkins, apples and refreshments for the event were Brannan’s Farm Stand in Fulton, Behling Orchards in Mexico and Dunkin’ Donuts in Fulton.
