Syracuse, NY – Catholic Charities of Onondaga County is partnering with the New York State Department of Homes and Community Renewal to provide cooling assistance during the summer months. To be eligible for the program, participants must be residents of Onondaga or Oswego County, be HEAP eligible, and have a medical condition that requires air conditioning. Medical documentation must be provided.
