The Emergency Assistance Program at Catholic Charities of Oswego County will host A.P.P.L.E.S. (Adopting Positive & Practical Life-styles for Eating) on Monday, October 20th through Thursday, October 23rd.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â A.P.P.L.E.S. is a series of workshops focusing on nutritional education.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Participants will learn the benefits of smart shopping, serving fruits and vegetables to your family, healthy eating tips and food safety.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â The workshops will be held from 9 am until 12 Noon at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, 365 West First St., Fulton.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â A.P.P.L.E.S. is sponsored by the Cornell Cooperative Extension Assoc. of Oswego County.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â For more information on the workshops call Judy Egan at 598-3980.
