On Thursday (May 26), the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Pulaski arrested Kaitlin N. Johnson, 19, and Jesse T. Olcott, 29, both of Elderberry Lane, Central Square, for Offering a False Instrument for Filing, a class “E” felony.

Olcott was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree.
These arrests follow an investigation into a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on US Route 11 in the town of Hastings in front of Brewerton Speedway on May 13.
Johnson was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hastings Court on June 8.
Olcott was arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail on no bail.
